You will have to let me know how to post charts. I do lots of charts I could put on here but don't know how.

Charlie, if your chart is posted anywhere on the web just hot link it. If it is only on your computer than it becomes a lot more work. Gotta go. Will post tonight or maybe someone who likely is more computer savvy than me can wade in.

From what I've seen those new vert tillage things would be the cats ass for organic production! speed up the tillage process, incorporate matter easily, chew through anything basically, plus they are very accurate on depth control which would be helpful if you only wanted to work the top inch of soil without disturbing anything else. I'll let you know in about 20 years when there's some old worn out ones on the market that I can afford.

It is interesting to see the (almost)lockstep decline in totals(of all receipts) and receipts of #1, then the increase of #2 and the marginal increase in #3 and Feed.

Going forward it will be interesting to see if there is a huge increase in (especially)#3 and Feed since there is supposedly allot of the Western Canadian crop that didn't make the top two grades.

I posted my specs on a different thread, I am not taking feed price for that wheat, one spec says it is but many others says it isn't!!!

          Nice chart farming101

Basically what I said was it is interesting to see the almost lockstep decline in total receipts for all grades and #1. An increase for #2 and a marginal increase for #3 and Feed. Given we are told allot of the Western Canadian crop didn't make the top two grades, it will be interesting to see if receipts will significantly increase going forward for (especially)#3 and Feed.

Charlie, here goes with the pasting pictures.
All graphics, pictures charts whatever are treated as pictures. So they need to be placed in a web friendly format, usually jpeg works good.
So that these picture files can be easily accessed by anyone reading the message board they have to be inserted from the web, so an online picture service like Photobucket is used.
                Steps required:
                1) register with <a title="Photobucket" href="http://photobucket.com/">Photobucket</a>. I have found the Firefox browser and Photobucket don't like each other. I like to keep a Photobucket account that I use only for pictures posted to forums like Agriville.
                2) For convenience start a new picture folder on your computer where all pics you will be posting can be easily located.
                3) Actual pictures are the easiest to paste. Charts are tougher. I use the Paint feature on my Windows based computer to work with pics I will be posting.
For charts you will need to copy and paste the chart into paint; if it looks okay save it as a jpeg into your new picture folder. Many times you may want to clean up a picture by cropping. Good if there is something you would rather not have the whole world see! Also, there may be times when you want to use the Print Screen feature to copy what you have on your screen into Paint. These will definitely need cropping to tidy up.
                4) Once your pictures are ready log into Photobucket and upload your pictures.Select the one you want to insert into your message on Agriville. Once selected, a box on the right hand side of the page will highlight the HTML link to your picture. Click it once, it will flash "copied". Then select the place in your message you what the picture to appear, hit Control-V buttons (paste) and the address for your picture will be pasted into the message. When your return to the discussion you can see how it turned out.

I guess after all that I see why there are not many pics on this forum. There may be easier ways but that is what I do.

Thanks for posting instructions. Will try when I have time starting with setting up a photobucket account. Too many accounts. Too many places I store stuff or in some cases is stored on behalf when I don't even know and finally passwords. The average time a password stays in my memory can be measured in seconds - not even minutes.
