I didn't post any "before" pictures just the clean sample and the screenings. I realize there are still issues but I am hoping by cleaning it it can at least be "worked with". The protein is about 15% in the uncleaned sample. Clean out is heavy but the fusarium count was anywhere from 10-14% depending who picked it. If it wasn't for the high price for durum this exercise would be futile. I won't be cleaning my spring wheat because the fusarium is too low(but still to high) and the spreads in grade prices wouldn't justify it.
