Now I guess that might depend on whether one's anti or pro RR.
I think there was a similar CWB parady. Would that be any funnier?
Humour is in the funnybone of the beholder....

Here's a little something I came up with this fall while applying NH3 (thank-you auto steer and smartphone). Ripoff on ghost riders in the sky.
An old farmer took a pinch as he cursed the CPR
He parked his truck on main street and headed for the bar
When all at once a fleet of hopper cars he spied
Rolling past the elevator and out the other side.
The engines all were filthy and pouring out black smoke
The stench was something awful and made the farmer choke
The hopper cars were covered with graffiti most obscene
The lids were broke the wheels all squeeled, the worst he'd ever seen.
A bolt of went through him as it thundered down the track
For he saw the farmers coming hard and he heard their mournful cry
Why do I do it?
Why o why E I O I ?
Ghost farmers in the sky
Their faces tanned their eyes were red
Their shirts were soaked with sweat
They shovelled hard to load that grain but they ain't sold it yet
Cause they've got to haul forever in three tons in the sky
With no heaters or radios as they drive on hear their cries
Why do I do it?
Why o why E I O I ?
Ghost farmers in the sky
As the farmers lumbered past him he heard one call his name
If you wanna save your soul from hell trying to sell your grain
Then sharpen up your marketing skills today or with us you will drive
Trying to catch the devils train across these endless skies
Why do I do it?
Why o why E I O I ?
Ghost farmers in the sky
Ghost farmers in the sky
Ghost farmers in the sky

Just like a farmers relationship with a grain company, when there is conflict between shipper and railway it is usually best settled without going to court or government intervention.
Government can set the rules but things work best when both parties respect them as is the case with most business.
