    Wheat Stability

Very interesting. Farmers do our own test.
We have all chewed on wheat straight off the combine. You take good #1 red wheat you will make gum out of it and it will stay in your mouth acting like gum for a long time until you have to swallow it.

Next chew some feed grade or other class of wheat say soft white. You will barely get it broke down and it will disappear. This same test can be done with different grades and wheat properties. The better the quality the longer it lasts.

Not nearly as scientific but you get the point/idea.

Maybe this is how elevators grade your grain. They chew it, the longer it stays before dissipating the better the grade.LOL
