    equipment dealers

Anyone have dealers getting heavy on inventory that they can't accept deals?

I had a deal made and 2 days later the sales manager shitcanned the deal saying they had too much drill inventory.

Pretty weird for a dealer to back out.

I can't continue to do these no trade deals because dealers can't take trades.

eventually some has to be traded in.

Did they change their mind after the Ritche Bros. Saskatoon auction on Dec 2? I think they know things are going to soften up and maybenthatbsale was the barometer.

From the sale of the brand new piece of equipment and all the ensuing trades from it, I think they are hoping for a "cash no trade" deal sooner than later so they can finally cash out from that string of deals. You would think the sooner the better.

Made the deal on Tuesday had the Numbers previous but was in the city so I said ok. As usual everything would follow.

Salesman told the manager to call me to shitcan it. He didn't think it was right.

And yup they will do a no trade deal.

I can deal somewhere else if can't finish this up.

Any dealer can make a no trade deal

**** the boohooing I heard from the managers if I was employee I would be worried about another paycheck.

I asked them if they were broke because they did this? One guy said they had personal guarantees on the equipment. I think it was a line but too ****ing bad.

Most dealers lots are full.Except JayDee..they cleaned most of there stuff out at the RB auction..But then they took 21 pieces of 1 yr old RED stuff on trade..So they have Big $$$$ tied up in that 1 farmers trade..Screws it for us guys who just want to trade 1 piece of equipment..Told the salesman..You only need a few customers like that..then you can holiday the rest of the yr...

Nope they just outright said they can't take the drill and shitcan it.

****ing gm said show us the paperwork. I said if I didn't have a deal why the sales manager call me to shitcan it? Pretty quiet then just we can't do it.

Then the choice words came out.

Well I never needed paperwork before to have stuff delivered to the farm when I said ok. Matter of fact the paperwork comes with the equipment truckers waits until it's ready to be delivered.

20 years dealing there and this is how they say thanks. Lots of no trade deals or quick turn trades.

What do you say when they pull crap like that?

                Partners

And that red guy will be back to red as soon as case comes knocking.

Dealers use this to get the paint incentives.

It's bullshit but I might go to a red door.

I am pretty pissed about this little deal I was making. The drill is paid for and didn't get used last year so I thought I would get a protill to knock down 1000 acres of cattails. Was really excited. Now back to square one.

Partners, It seems they don't have to suck all the "roosters"(alias), just the big ones.
