    What's land doing these days and going into spring? Are they being adjusted downward?

    Rumours are one person here is bidding $100/acre. No special crops. Just wheat /canola rotation.

            the guys i hang around with get around 8 dollars for there wheat and 60 plus bu a acre,we tell or text each other if there is a deal on prices to lock in .should say alot of there wheat.rent-100,fert-100,spray-app 60,seed-25,miscellaous-65= 350 expenses and am i not high.60 plus wheat x 7.50 wheat= 450 dollars,100 dollar acre profit.correct me if im wrong on my figures.

              Sounds familiar and stupid all at the same time. The only thing I highly doubt is that they are averaging 7.50 for their wheat.
