So, you have to have a PAL to be a carpenter now?

You will need trigger locks on nail guns?

Nails and air nailers must be stored separately?

Will a nail gun user need a restricted PAL as a nail gun is handgun sized?

        Complete insanity.

The question arises as to whether the Supreme Court did "today" classify "air nailers" as firearms. I find no evidence of that having occurred.

On Nov. 5/2014; the Supreme Court did indeed rule that "air guns" were firearms if muzzle velocity was capable of exceeding 214 fps. Now if there is prroof that "air guns" incleds "air nailers etc.; there are some pretty useful and neat Paslode air nailers; and their "ammunition" not only includes the staples and nails loaded into the magazine; but also propellant cartridges. It is quite important to know if there is any potential to get into trouble with purchasing; transporting or storing these components.
Especially at Customs ports; and especially when specifically asked about "guns and ammunition".

But again; I would like to see a link to the proof that the original post is based upon.

It has also been pointed out in court that any piece of metal, pipe or wood can be fashioned into a weapon; and that intent should be a paramount factor in conviction. There is also the important idea of intended use versus possibility of involvement in criminal activity. Just where does anyone stop the banning process.

Those arguments ultimately always seem to be appealed and end up seemingly not the deciding factors in what might be seen as fair justice.

One gets lost in the arguments and semantics; even whether capability to penetrate a "pigs eye" creates a deadly weapon; etc. etc.

But suffice it to say that concealed or displayed in the open; a simple jesting utterance or just admitting possession of any device is fully capable of ruining lives and reputation.

                      Braveheart

There are a total of nine judges on the Supreme Court, of that six were appointed by PM Harper.

Harper must be grinding his teeth on this one and thinking "those dam elitists, I have lost the West support"

                      This Priceless

And guess what ---- If complicit Stephen and his band of puppet masters need to pull off another false flag like our Ottawa shooting to slam more rules in your face --- they ****ing well will. Or do you still believe that our Rambo man - sergeant of arms dove through the air and killed a man who could have been asked to drop his weapon and come out with his hands up... LOL

I truly have compassion for anyone who may or may not have been killed, but come on guys, the movie is unfolding in front of your eyes.

Look at what is going on in Paris. More bullshit and more death to benefit who?

The obvious goal is to build up hate and separation and keep sheeple following along until utter control is accomplished.

There is so much to offer on this planet in terms of wealth and knowledge and freedom and it is time to realise that and WAKE THE **** UP.

Or follow along until the truth that these ****s are grasping at straws with their tactics; in a world that has already shifted. When this truth makes it to your ****ing mainstream media. (After the actors have been replaced by truth telling humans beings).

Instead of asking if it's "real" all the time.....why not stick to the facts and come to your own decisions.

And that includes voting out those who aren't on the same page as your conclusions you just came to. Also means taking into account more than personal interests and short term entitlements and benefits.
Of course that will involve the change of not automatically voting the way you always have...won't it.

Voting --- LMAO.. Who the hell are you going to VOTE for oneoff?

The kool aid is already mixed and waiting for every politician.

And if they don't drink it they are gone - one way or another.

Change will only come from the people and if the people choose to sleep - they choose to sleep.
