Soft exports to China combined with substantial carry over and and farmer needs for cash over the next three months will keep canola supplies adequate until seeding time so this is not unexpected. Lots has been contracted in January the last few years to defer tax as well.

I think we were there at the same time actually. Might have been buds who knows.. I never finished the diploma was too flat broke to even buy ichiban by the end of year 2. So I ended up quitting.
