Grain Contracts

Did anyone go to CropSphere sessions on contracts?
Fair Rail for Grain Farmers Act said contracts had to include penalty terms for non compliance and have not heard if that has gone anywhere.
Lots of talk a year ago but seems to not be in the news anymore.

Read your contracts they all have clauses now where you get paid fixed storage if it goes past delivery.

Klause, they don't ALL have penalties. Unless you think there are only 3 big companies that handle all the contracts.

Many small companies have no mention of the clause in the contract, however i have yet to be rejected adding the remarks to a contract that does not have them.
