    Broadacres&Wigmore Farms for sale

Hammond Realty just listed 13 farm packages from Broadacres and Wigmore farms for a total price of 30,240,000. There you go guys, get at it. Probably a big enough package to even get BTO excited.

Hmmm, the majority of us real farmers said this would happen the instant these things were announced -

You only get 4600 acres for that price. All west of regina. Thought they were east of town.

This is probably the most profitable time in Ag history. If you go broke in this day and age...... Useless!

Tweety, yes it is profitable IF you have been fortunate to seed and harvest a half respectable crop in years of high prices.

Regarding this Gary Pike kind of business, it just will not work. EVER. Luckily they have some of that high prices gold mine land near the city limits which will go a long way to avoiding the rest of us holding the bag so much...

Don't really get why pike would force himself into such a quandry. A well heeled guy to take on dirt farming. Had more money than brains.

Gary Pike should be the keynote speaker at the FCC annual motivational event

"Too Big To Fail - How I Hoodwinked Canada's Lenders and Landlords"

He will walk away wealthier than ever. It's already stuffed away offshore. Industry rewards these slimy bastards.

Do you think the "professional" fees charged by him will cover the personal guarantees signed by him?

30.2 Mill (*asking* price in a peaked market) won't cover 46 Mill in debt. What else can be liquidated to cover the rest? If some "people" don't get paid he better get grow eyes on the back of his head or he may not come home from his future Mexican holidays. LOL.

how about the "real" farmers that were paying this character to make their farm more profitable , what a joke . it would be nice if he actually had to get a job when it was all over

Hammond should be embarrassed to even handle this sale.
Asking 779166 per quarter for flooded out shit west of Regina. That is double the asking price. Yes in the year 2075 when the city moves that far out it might have a worth as new airport. But basically its years away from being even close to part of Regina.
What a crock of shit. Now if Canada Pension plan purchases it, this will really make you wonder.

If CPP buys it there would be a revolt.
