All I like you. you post that every thing is great and that's nice to here.
But answer why Grain on one side of the USA border is lets say 5 and at the Canadian elevator its lets say 5 yet when I cash the check on the USA side I get 6 Canadian.
Just explain please. Positive is great but just explain why the Canadian dollar is not reflected into our price. But my JD tractor it sure the F#$K is.
Or on my Visa for trip to Minot etc etc.

They do it because they can. Life is not fair so you have to find ways to adapt.
Look at Klause he is rightfully a rock star on this forum because he runs equipment most of us wouldn't, has some land that has more rocks than most of us would touch and now drives a truck long haul trucking....an yet the guy is kicking ass at getting ahead in life.
I bought land a mile from an active mega hog barn trippled my money on that land. I bought bush land for 40k thats now worth 400k
Anyone who works long an hard, has the ability to solve problems is willing to take risk and have a long term view will do well.

Is klause or the end user paying an infrastructure fee for doing something so stupid?
The fuel he is burning would have moved 100 cars by rail. And more quickly.
This is what's wrong. These things should be brought up at cta reviews as problems that have to be solved.
This wouldn't happened in the 50s and sure in the **** shouldn't be happening now.
So we should all admire klause and the industries for working harder instead of smarter? Holy ****.

BTW. I mean no offense klause. You are just the point man on this.
Your hard work is admired.
I just can't think this is the best way to move canola that far.
If it makes sense why do we have any railways?
For one it costs more to build and rebuild highways every 5 years than a rail way every 100.
We are going backwards.
Is there any difference between a lineup of 3 tons at a wooden elevator or a lineup of super Bs at terminals?
There is. The roads and highways were better.
