Where are you from? Have you went to see them in person? Is their main office on the same site as the plant? This isn't a BTO comment but phone the police and tell them how you're going there to collect your money by parking on the delivery driveway and you're not leaving until you have a certified cheque or bank draft. Phone the closest media news source they always like a live news story....

I would go into the business and talk directly to their owner/president Sean Gatin and ask for a cheque.
(Sean is also VP of Agritrend)

After hearing stories like BigSky and others over the years I wouldn't piss around.....keep us posted if you get a cheque.

I definitely will, I don't understand how an outfit can drag their feet so bad when paying bills. If they are typically over 30 days then make the contract for that, don't over promise.
