Learning is the point;eventually you learn you actually know very little, therefore you need to constantly change your premise, which becomes easier over time but very hard at the start.

And the death of the petro dollar means what?Countries fx reserves will be held in what?
China opening up it's banking sector investment means what?
The carry trade of the usdx being slaughtered in the past few months means what?
The upcoming eu transfer of sovereign debt onto the troika means what?
The imminent slaughter of japan in the swaps market means what?
    Russia's m1/gold ratio means what?

One question , if the USA and the CIA never ousted the leaders of Lybia , Egypt, Syria and Iraq - would Isis even exist ??
My guess is, not a chance - those countries posed no threat other than to the Petro Dollar. This whole shit show was created over control of the petro dollar .

blackie, what is astounding is the ideology, isn't it. Waging war to expand the caliphate. Only ten year peace treaties allowed. Compulsory yearly jihadist.

I wouldn't be as dumbfounded if this was some rogue government's policy; but it is a actual religion; a spirituality that upholds what most religions preach against.

The thing is... every single sect is prepared to, and looking forward to, dying in the name of Islam. If they ally... even for awhile.... there will be havoc.

The question I have seriously mulled is this: How does one muster even a smidge of respect, for this brand of religion? And how can any major world religion legitimately bestow Islam a semblance of moral equivalency? If anyone, Sam?, has an answer for that question, I'd appreciate a reply.

It is a time like no other. Pars.

You don't even read my posts pars, so it is useless responding to your question. Hint - my answer is in my post.

Changing premise cotton? What the hell are you talking about? Premise is always the same. Capital players - banksters, cabal, elitists, you pick the name - make money from war and will damn well instigate it to make more money. But that does not answer all of your intelligent questions and only puts me in the tin hat category right Mr. Bright eyes.

There is either a huge collapse on it's way like you choose to promote, a war that distracts from and sends the collapse down the road a few more years,-----

Or a global reset that my friends and I believe; which takes all of your questions, and makes all that you have learned obsolete.

              That could very well be.

Just glad to be living and raising a family here in Sask. At the end of the day our biggest worry here is something millions of people will never get a chance to achive - creating and holding whatever wealth/ health we can while raising a family in relative safety .
The majority of people in that region will be and have been screwed for generations.

Rkaiser, your friend Vlad was in the KGB when Russia invaded Afghanistan. The Mujahideen handed him his ass. He will make the same mistake as the west and overlook the religious undercurrent in ISIS.

Christ it's not a huge collapse its a simple soverign default and restructure,we cant pay for all the promises promiced happened lots of times in lots of places. The question is what it looks like. War probably, how big and bad i dont know. How many countries defaulted and restructured after the last i heard it was half the world.

                      Parsley Braveheart et al

The Harper Government has just introduced anti-terror bill C-51. Harper wants to fight terrorism head on. You would think that as the threat of terrorism increases in Canada the response should increase to fight it at all cost. In the last seven years the following departments have handed back the following amounts of unspent budget funds:

                      CSIS 180 million
                      RCMP 1.7 BILLION
                      DND 9.5 BILLION

Could it all be political pressure to under spent for a balanced budget? Maybe if proper security would have in place using the funds that the departments returned, the attack on parliament would have never happened?? HMMMM!!!

rk, I did read what you wrote. It seems as if you would depend on the Russians to deal with ISIS? Strictly military force? Would u kill them all? Blow up the pipelines? Starve them? Kill them in which countries? Come kill them in Canada? How about Mexico? Kill only men? Women? Children? My point is... How do you get rid of the enemy who lives amongst is? How does one decimate a religion? Not a trick question. Pars

forage, I sure couldn't have predicted, last February, that ISIS would have amassed a huge army, millions in the bank, and territory, in February 2015. I don't know what government could have, do you? Did you? Pars

The brutality, actions and hatred shown by IS is indefensible. The goals, objectives and ideology of IS is indefensible. To quote the Joker "Where do they get all these neat toys?" Somehow they are raising money selling oil, buying state of the art weapons and successfully recruiting the losers and the hopeless. But who is providing this funding capability? Have to agree with Kaiser, the West is complicit in all of this. Like SF3 likes to say - "follow the money". But to take out the roller coater and paint all Muslims as the same is dishonest to say the least. Read some good articles today and my prediction is that the Daesh will begin to implode and already is. Tribal issues. And so far Iran and Isreal have both been on the sidelines and unaffected. If they get drawn in, it will be over in a heartbeat. All reminds of the scene in Apocalypse Now when Col Kurtz says to Captain Willard "I see you don't approve of my methods" and Willard replies "Quite frankly sir, I don't see a method". Let's be cautious and not over react. This is nothing original.

A Jordanian attorney wore the following article, explaining and scolding:

"The inconvenient truth that is overlooked or willfully ignored by apologists for the indefensible is the fact that Wahabism, the cult of mediaeval austerity founded by Ibn Abdul Wahab (1703-1792), has over the last half century been exported to every mosque and school throughout the Muslim world until it completely enveloped mainstream Sunni Islamic teachings.

Wahabism has entirely replaced, and become, Sunni Islam; the two cannot be told apart anymore."

                              Read the rest at :
                              http://m.jordantimes.com/article/we-have-a-problem

The ideology/religion has jelled and has spread. And it's a force. Even the apostates are worried about their fate.

Btw, Islam was not founded in the West; it was born in, and is kindled by, the Middle East. Parsley.

So Parsley, what are you advocating? Ethnic cleansing? Gas chambers, mass ovens? Just who are you? Your thinking is starting to scare me. Am I your enemy because I might think differently from your own version of reality, which we all hold based on perception and experience?
