    Cocktail Friday!

Ah Friday where in Saskatchewan with the wind its a -35 with the wind chill.
Ah what a paradise. But yes it is just a little different than the 30 a few days ago but still fun. Out to sled shack since cant haul till next week. Yea the rail service and Elevator service in this country just sucks. But politicians are saying we are studying the situation. Yea great plan. If all else fails study study study. From the Lyle Vancleaf book of AG.
Simply I have lots of people that I know who are worried sick about the 15 th March FCC date. Panic is setting in. Watch the first two weeks of March prices will drop. Elevators love to grind people.
But a simple solution is let FCC term these guys loan out over a few months or weeks. No one loses money. Poor Grades, Piss poor Crop Insurance, Poor Service and poor Rail you have a shit show taking place.
Ah yes one group does lose money. Its the people who trusted Broad Ass. Wow top three parasites all get to keep getting paid till the company is folded. Richie gave a guarantee and the trustee thinks their will be money above the guarantee to go to Broad ass. HA HA HA. The land is not going to go as high as their talking. This is a finished bullshit operation.
Couldn't pay their bonus to employees or guys who actually did the work now top brass get to keep getting paid.
Canola acres going up from Company in Yorkton. HA HA HA HA. Its about profit and if the Retarded sister cant keep going up and up guys have other choices. Flax, Oats, Peas, and Lentils etc.
Fert shit show and fuel shit show is really showing us that every thing we learnt in University or Tec or even basics doesn't work when groups have control of the system. Oil below 50 yet price at pumps is up to over a dollar a liter now.
Fert, china is overflowing yet we have shortages and prices are going through the roof.
Ah farming lets drink on this cold day.

    Bloody Mary!
The ultimate drink for chilly mornings and watching the big game, the Bloody Mary is an ingenious creation that also comes in many varieties. You can make it as spicy as you like, mix in a different juice like clamato, or switch out the vodka for another spirit.
The spice of the Bloody Mary will depend a lot on the hot sauce you choose and how much you use. Tabasco is a favorite, but I encourage you to experiment with different brands, intensities, and flavors. Cholula Chili Garlic is a personal favorite. One thing you must remember with any spicy cocktail is that it is best to start with less and add to fit your taste. There is no turning back once you have too much spice and it can easily ruin an otherwise great drink.

You can also make a pitcher-sized batch by using a Bloody Mary mix like this one and take it to a party or tailgate or simply store it in the refrigerator as a quick Bloody Mary for yourself.

Bloody Marys are often garnished with a celery stalk, but many will either use a pickle spear or both. I like the pickle because it adds another layer of flavor that celery cannot.
    Ingredients
    •3 ounces tomato juice
    •1 1/2 ounces vodka
    •1/2 ounce lemon juice
    •1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
    •Celery salt
    •Ground pepper
    •Hot pepper sauce to taste
    •Horseradish to taste (optional)
•Celery stalk and/or pickle spear for garnish
•Lemon and/or lime wedge for garnish

    How to make!

    1. Build the liquid ingredients in a highball glass over ice cubes.
2.Stir well. If you feel like trying a fun mixing technique, try rolling this one.
    3.Add the seasonings to taste.
4.Garnish with a lemon or lime and celery or pickle.

    More "Bloody" and Tomato Cocktails:
    • Bloody Caesar - clamato
    • Bloody Maria - tequila
    • Central Park - gin, vanilla
    • Forty Creek Caesar - whiskey, clamato
    • Garden Jubilee - tomato vodka
    • Ginger Mary - cachaca, ginger
    • Red Beer or Red Eye - beer
    • Red Pepper Sangrita - tequila, pepper puree
    • Reindeer Caesar - clamato, nutmeg
    • Sangrita - shooter
    • Tomojito - tomato vodka
    • Vampire Juice - lime vodka
    • Virgin Mary - non-alcoholic

Ah farming what great thing to do for the world and let every one else live off your work.
Cheers like tom says or maybe some one got a Patent on cold air and I have to pay 10 dollars to drive the sled today.

I applied for the patent for the word "****" in speach and writing.

The royalty fee is only a quater of a cent, not to discourage its use. I expect I will still make alot of money.

    Cheers

My philanthropist side decided to give half the income to good causes.

It will be good for the economy, with the increase of the velocity and quantity of money we can call it the WTF Effect.

          Cheers

Big feature in Western Producer about Sask farmland ownership.
We might think back to Sask land bank of thirty years ago.
Government money contributed to competition for land and run up in prices.
Banks and FCC were also in the game.
When prices went south, banks and credit unions took some of the loss but taxpayers took biggest hit.
Those who rented from land bank got a good deal in that they did not have to pay for write down in values and were later able, in a lot of cases, to buy the land at lower prices.
Caused a lot of resentment from those who bought land without government help and thought others had received political favouritism.

Funny thing I hated the Land bank because I didn't carry a NDP card or go to AA meetings. Sorry NDP socials. Did get land once when the shit hit the fan. A year taken away and given to the largest NDP in the district. Funny thing the guy doing the decision I went to University with. Nice hey.
The pension plan is same thing Ottawa money buying land. Really.
Its land bank #2 maybe this time good Liberals will get the land.

What Im saying is that every program starts out with good intentions and ends up getting screwed up. This land thing will be the same. Just worded different.
Once the land is taken back over by the state farmers lose out.
