    FYI our money

Just reading about Bombardier Corporation. They have signed a contract with a South African company to produce up to 1064 railway locomotives.
The SA company secured a $1.1B financing package to buy these locomotives as part of a plan"to help speed delivery of commodities for export"in SA
As part of this deal the Canadian Export Development Corp is providing $450M of this financing. Pretty sweet deal for Bombardier and South Africa!!

Makes good sense to improve on the weak points in a system, our guys should study this.

this government is unbelievable . wonder if they know how much they have given away in the last few years ? . using OUR money to help South Africa get exactly what they need to take away more of our markets and giving them what we can't have here in Canada because the railroads are running the government . and this one is all about buying votes in quebec. they wont realize what they have lost in Canada until it's gone

The most important part of announcement is a Canadian government agency is providing financial assistance so Argentina can be more competitive in movement of commodities to market. Thanks Canada for helping Argentina farmers compete against Canadian farmers.

That's like years ago sending guys to teach other countries to farm so they could compete against us.
