    Rockpile,

Your comments were not at all disagreed with.

Hence the 'Terrorist" comments from the great Hunter. That was very weird... and may be pointed in my direction.

Perhaps I will voluntarily... take my tractor keys down to the local RCMP detachment!!!

Tom, maybe we'll end up with a tractor registry and a 'Tractor Acquisition Permit" - all thanks to you!

The terrorism comments might also be aimed at past/future blockades by a few Mohawk agitators in league with anti-oil types at the bottleneck where the CP and CN tracks cross over/under each other on the Tyendinaga reserve. That seems to be a sore point.

Tom, where do you bolt the armour plating and gun mounts on your "Rural Assault Vehicle"?

Tom, for ideas on armouring the tractor, watch a Clint Eastwood movie called "The Gauntlet". Clint fixed up a city bus.

                Agchat,

                Are you offering your tractor?

I was NOT planning on using mine!

MB Grower wrote on "The performance update for Grain Week 27"

The new CWB and the line cos wouldn't dare criticize the rrs publicly, that would cost them future rr service. They make an attempt thru the wgea, but doesn't have the same impact that hartley richardson, andrew paterson, or bill Parrish would have. So don't expect them to speak up anytime soon."

22,000 cars short since August 1!

How can anyone function with this kind of erratic and dysfunctional transportation system?

Because the profits are so huge... Hunter and the CNCP Alliance... are by default... claiming the rail system is at maximum Capacity!

THis is a fallacy... and of course the Week 27 report clearly proves a dysfunctional system... in the Western Canadian grain transportation system! With a mild winter!!!

Either your saying my tractor is junk, or your backing out....LOL

                      Agchat,

AS I SAID: "I was NOT planning on using mine!" (MY TRACTOR)

I have no clue what kind of tractor you have... or even where you farm!

So you were wrong on both counts... but I clearly wanted CN/CP and CICIS to know there was not... and is not... any plan of any kind. This is my seeding tractor not for blockades.

A couple of the proposed amendments would be, not having to send in proof of sale. One more would be that you would not have to sell your grain by a certain date, just to meet the deadline to pay back your advance without going into default, if certain conditions come into effect....eg. Railroads on strike, and you cant move your grain, or other strikes, or even in some cases commodities fall to low, and you would take a shit kicking selling just to meet your deadline to repay advance. Not sure what total conditions have to be met, but Im sure an inspection of your reported bushels would be a possibility

Hartley Richardson wouldn't say diddly. It would be Curt Vossen for JRI.

But just saying something won't cut it. A commercial contractual arrangement is the only way to put accountability into rail transportation.

Contracts would spell out penalties for non performance by either party.
