How low Can Oil Go! But watch we will pay the highest price for fuel ever in Western Canada!

After a long and dramatic tumble, oil prices appear to have stabilized. However, forecasts suggest there may still be more downside ahead.

As the April futures chart below shows, oil has moved mostly sideways since showing some signs of life after closing at about US$45/barrel near the end of January. The April future is now trading at around $50, but some analysts figure the market is likely to sag further in the weeks ahead as the weather warms and the market loses some of the support it has been getting from strong heating oil demand.

Indeed, Bank of America Corp. warned this week that U.S. oil prices could eventually dip as low as $32/barrel, as we move into spring.

Oil prices have been under heavy pressure for months, due to heavy supplies and generally diminishing global demand. Total U.S. crude oil inventories were pegged at 434.1 million barrels as of last week, the highest in at least 80 years.

Lower oil prices have also been a drag on Chicago crop futures.

But watch in Western Canada where we already have the highest prices of fuel in NA will go back to the old levels.
Nothing is regulated or looked at in this country.

Just one politician should be able to do the math. ?

Shit if oil goes to 100 we will be paying 2.50 a liter for gas and more for diesel.

And politician in saskatchewan should know we don't get world price for oil here because most of it's lower quality.

Heavy oil is probably at 30 a barrel now.

I guess federated is ok with collusion and gouging after all that taxpayer help.

Some return on that investment for the people of saskatchewan.

I am not defending the railways but their rates are reviewed poorly and rubber stamped BUT no one reviews what the graincos fuelcos fertcos and their collusionary practices.

Supply and demand will come back once the controlling interests are uprooted. Every time we see a shift in any commodity like this recent Oil price surge, you can be sure that a concentration of control will follow. Gas at the pumps going up once again. Obviously - another last ditch attempt to steal everything possible prior to the reset. The small oil companies selling oil could not hold up and many already sold out, now those who own both the oil and the gas pumps are making off like bandits.... For now. Same scenario has played out with ag commodities as well. The shift has happened and as I said, these are last ditch efforts. Going to be an awesome spring. Hang in there.
