Now we will easily be 23,000 cars short... and they say 90t per car can be shipped...

    This

    Is

TWO MILLION TONNES short... on shipping confirmed orders.

If you were an end user... needed western Canadian grain for your plant of Factory... trying to keep the food stores supplied...

Wouldn't you call this 'UNRELIABLE and UNACCEPTABLE' grain logistical service???

Sure but why are farmers picking up the tab while Glencoe makes huge profits on their grain side?

The rest of the families don't have to report.

Who do you think is dropping the ball?
      1. Farmers
      2. Graincos
      3. Railways
      4. Regulators/government

        Bucket,

        Sorry,

I apologize for these posts about the railways.

I should not have critical of the railroads. Please forgive me.

I know I have dropped the ball... cost my family a great deal of money and pain.

          And recked things for you.

          Sorry.

            Tom

I think the railway management is a big part of the problem.

I wouldn't blame farmers. It's the other three.

Mine were questions. There is enough blame for the other three.

One thing I noticed today. It's rare to see potash cars with graffiti on them. Anyone wonder why? Grain cars are works of art.

Art or acts of vandalism? Looks like third world trains running across our country side. Wonder where the train police are?

Goes to the point - a moving train is pretty hard to paint on.

                Wouldn't ya say?
