I think the railway management is a big part of the problem.

I wouldn't blame farmers. It's the other three.

Mine were questions. There is enough blame for the other three.

One thing I noticed today. It's rare to see potash cars with graffiti on them. Anyone wonder why? Grain cars are works of art.

Art or acts of vandalism? Looks like third world trains running across our country side. Wonder where the train police are?

Goes to the point - a moving train is pretty hard to paint on.
