The only questions he answered at the SARM convention were the ones he submitted to be asked.

I really think it is a sad commentary on a PM of a country to come to a province, throw around some money and don't stay long enough to have a short conversation about ag issues at a SARM convention. I don't care what political stripe he is.He has the same gag order on all the conservative candidates at election time. This flies in the face of a democratic country. It is just plain wrong! The Americans have town hall meetings to justify their policies but not here. Our PM forbids candidate participation.

Shortly into their second term, majority this time, they all turned into magicians and performed a disappearing act that would make Houdini look like an amateur. Also afflicted with "secondtermitis", when they become deaf and mute.

Light bulb moment for me about agriville. No different then my local seed plant/coffee row. Bunch of whoa is me, glass 1/4 full, feel sorry for myself complainers. Instead of getting to work to figure out how to run successful business's its much easier to get together and bitch about how tough we all have it. Brutal and mich easier isnt it. Everyone is such know it alls, why don't you run for politics and see how many questions you take after you have been burned 1000 times.

Doing the right thing with regards to the railways could start out with....in light of the circumstances we are embarking on a new direction in rail transportation.....
And then start a building program this country hasn't seen since confederation.
How the **** do you think canada got to where it is?
Leaders with vision - that's how.
We don't have that now.

I would suggest you ask your local MP from whatever party he might represent to attend a local town hall meeting to discuss local, provincial or federal issues and listen to their responses. No speaking notes please and no minders to pull you off the stage. Post on here when you get it organized.

I agree with the 1000 burned comment.
If anyone here... had daily verbally; been ripped a new one... spit on... kicked when down... with no civility or care...
Growing thick skin only goes so far. After a while... the dreary negative disparaging remarks bite and hurt.
Isn't there more to life than calling each other names?
If we treated our own farm workers and family.. like our MP's... how long would we have staff and families?
