      Monday is the Saskatoon sale.

Might have to attend that one.

Hopper would you spend a 100g on a piece of equip that does the same thing as it was used for last year to save $13g?

Even if its tax on income over 500g the tax is only 27%. Doesn't ever make sense to buy things for tax reasons only

I think some of the numbers on these multi unit flip deals would be substantially less than a one off . Until the dollar crashed here lately some of these big farms are prob not out much except for the big seeding drills - they have to be taking a bath on those. I would think that has changed now with the low Canadian dollar. Most likely will see very few multi unit flips next year but who knows dealers may get desperate by next fall.
          Anyway, interesting to watch .

Its funny how your hunger strike hasn't resulted in any action by Harper towards the RR's. All that's resulted is a lot of lip service from Harper to rally the faithful. Tom, I'm sure with all your connections with the CPC party that Harper and Ritz are aware of what your doing.

I think these multi unit deals carry alot of risk for the dealer, unless the farmer switches color.

Often there is recourse back to the dealer on leases as the dealer guarantees buyback of the equipment at the end of the leases, subject to the conditions of the lease. Hours, excess wear and tear, etc.

All the btos are leasing with no money down trying to get their lease payment down to the level of depreciation. So no money tied up and just costs depreciation.

However, a bump in currency, interest rates, or a glut in used equipment ends the gravy train real quick.

Sask3. You always talk about buying new equip so you should know the prices.

Building for decades ….. and you never even thought it was a problem last winter. As usual behind the 8 ball. Next you'll be giving Danielle Smith a call as the Wildrose is sure to form the next AB government, lol.
