as much as i disagree with your politics
Tom.
give it up , do not risk your health
over this.
life is not fair , and other folks survive under far greater oppression than us.

letting go after your stabbed in the back by people you trusted.
is really tough
but if you keep it up they will win again.
remember big business has no conscience, therefore can feel no guilt.
the only one your hurting now is
yourself.

Thanks folks
I am taking my multivitamin so am balanced on nutrients .
If we don't stand for justice and freedom caring and working to building better communities... Our next generations will be hurt... After so many our forefathers gave so much to create our freedom.
The least I can do is my part... To stand against those who plan to abuse our rural communities and family farms
Thanks again for the support
Sincerely
Tom

Ok Mr. Jackson, If I were you, I would be thinking about the stress you're bringing into the home and subjecting your family to. I don't think your helping your family in the least by hurting them, are you going to deny this. If you take this to the "end", what will you have accomplished. If your serous about this issue, you may die. If you're not quit the charade. There are other methods to accomplish your goals.

You know Tom, farmaholic is right. I hate to be a blunt ass, but start making funeral plans, your national coverage is not there. I will get twenty bucks a bushel this fall for my canola before you get to your goal. Unless this is just a charade, if you are DEAD serious in your achievement, I really do have great sympathy and sorrow for your family. I guess I should of had Pars write this, it would of been of more finesse. ****ING STOP.

...not properly regulating the market to protect the interests of all Canadians.
Grassfarmer, what regulation is the current government ignoring that every government before didn't also ignore? The effectiveness can be debated, but isn't this is the first time there was ever penalties levied against the railroads for non-performance?
I agree that letting entities (including corporations) control too much of any sector of an economy is a bad thing. It baffles me how the same people who are so against corporations think its perfectly OK for governments to run everything.

farm ranger i may be accused of that sometimes.
my view if there are sectors where competition is not going to happen.
where the infrastructure costs are so high , or that only one infrastructure
is needed .

eg. Rail roads and power distribution
you could have real private competition
, even if the govt. just owned the infrastructure .
(we are not even smart enough for that)

beyond that i also believe in public ownership, in industry's where the vast majority of wealth created is taken from the country to foreign owners.

maybe some public co.s would not be run as well
as a private outfit.
but at least, the bulk of the $s would stay here, and not be carried off in the wind..

some public ventures have been too heavy handed. in the past.

but the private sector , in grain , chem .fert. seed , and railroads seem to be showing their ugly side.

Runaway capitalism? Like monopolies and monopsonies?
Yeah, I'm against those too.
