    Grain movement requirements

Which spokesman from which wheat grower group was on the radio saying he supports removing the grain movement requirements?
I think they said he was from Rosetown.

That's the guy I heard yesterday on CJGX Yorkton as I was hauling Canola to the Crusher.

I wasn't able to catch it all , don't believe what I heard and was trying to find out the details of what he said.
If he said what I think I heard it confirms how fu**** things are.

Do you really think that those requirements made the rail co's get the grain moving. That is almost laughable, the penalties were so small they just decided to haul a bit more oil to pay the penalties. Once the oil trains slow down a bit they will be glad to move the grain. Maybe we should take some of the money the elevators are gouging out of us and work out a deal with the railroads to get more grain to the coast.

Is there a good website to outline road bans on the highways?

Think oat movement to US was in trouble a year ago before our government shipping order.
Heard reports that Chicago area became a rail bottle neck over a year ago because of, at least in part, efforts to get coal moved to cope with demands from cold winter.
Still a question whether railways make more profit moving grain to Canadian ports under revenue cap or to destinations not under cap.
