Think oat movement to US was in trouble a year ago before our government shipping order.
Heard reports that Chicago area became a rail bottle neck over a year ago because of, at least in part, efforts to get coal moved to cope with demands from cold winter.
Still a question whether railways make more profit moving grain to Canadian ports under revenue cap or to destinations not under cap.

        Hopalong,

There is little question that the CNCP folks best money maker is regulated grain from western Canada to port.

But they want a share of the gross value of our grain as well they say!

What a way to run a railroad!
