What ties does ADM have with the current government bucket?

          Harper- mulroney - adm.

I think mulroney is off the board but the this selling the wheat board started long ago. They just didn't have the majority.

Much like rescinding the OIC there is always some payback. Look at career politician baird to cp. What the **** would he know about business or railroads for that matter. He's been in Ottawa since he was 20.

I don't see it. It's no secret that Mulroney and Harper don't get along and if I'm not mistaken Mulroney hasn't been on the ADM board for quite some time.
              I guess we'll see.

Mulroney was appointed to the ADM board in 1997. I believe his term ended a couple of years ago

When Dwayne Andreas of ADM appointed Mulroney he stated "having the right honorable Brain Mulroney a former Prime Minister on the board of directors will pay great dividends for ADM
Mulroney received over $600,000.00 annually in directors compensation.

Clearly ending the CWB single desk and farmers control of grain marketing in Canada was the big dividend Mulroney delivered for ADM and the trans national grain companies.

Ritz's plan to give the CWB assets to ADM would be icing on the cake.

Mulroney is back and appears regularly as a fund raiser for Conservative candidates such as Peter McKay. Mulroney also appeared at a fund raiser for Dean Del Mastro, legal fees at the tax payers expense of course.

Mulroney provided a big dividend for ADM.

And not to be outdid measner and company are going to deliver to Paul Martin on the same fashion. At farmers expense again. Either with cheap boats or good contracts moving grain.

We are pawns. And collateral damage for whoever needs their pound of flesh.
