    Cwb sale will cost election?

Never thought I d see it but hard line conservatives are pissed and embarrassed at what's going down with the cab sale.

The never say conservatives are wrong guys around here are in shock.
Giving the cwb away to Saudis holy crap? Couldn't have made anything more stupider up. Hahaha

Hardly likely to cost the election though? Agriculture is such a minuscule part of the electorate even if they did all agree and vote one way.

They could have issued an IPO to holders of any permit book. Direct to farmers.

1000 foregone sales on new combines would have bought it out 100 percent.

Dream on you bunch of lefties. I'm even going to bring grandma out of the home to vote for Harper.
Best thing that could of happened short of digging a hole on Portage and pushing that landmark in and covering it up. Good ridence now we can stop analyzing how much money you have not gotten.

People care about the CWB enough to swing votes? That is so 1950.

Not sure its all bad yet. Saudi needs wheat. So if they buy only from us would that not be a good thing? Need more details. Farmers will still gain shares over x amount of years depending on how much grain delivered. Being bought out in 6 years at under value would suck.

Government will take the money and use it to buy Quebec an Ontario votes.

Joe blow on the street knows nothing about cwb except it used to be or supposed to be farmer owned. It's now owned by a Middle East country!
Basically given away! Could we not have used it more wisely.

Wonder what Steve is getting in return from the prince? That's the real question. It will get a lot more attention than people think.

Funny lots today at the meeting were asking one question. We were part of the CWB since the 70s or when ever they took off our checks to build shit buy shit all over the place. They took our money instead of giving it to me joe farmer. Where is our share was the big question. Ritz maybe missed something in this deal. Looking more into it but again Mr farmer this deal will open markets up for your grain. Oh no money for you so sad that's given to the new grain company. You should support them their good.
                    Blah Blah Blah.
