Easy tweety , we haven't even broke the 70 bus mark yet ... Lol
There were more 40's than 50's in this area last year .

I have a map showing canola production last 4 years hug the mountains of Alberta swing south to Assiniboiia a little south winter peg. Little battle ford had 50 to 60 rest less way less so water does effect yield.

SF3, we know it isn't perfect, garming hasn't been perfect in the 42.5 years that we have been involved, but we all do our best and expand our income sources if we need to.

SF3, this is what farming is all about its not easy we all know that. Normal is to have wet and dry decades. You most certainly have a net worth into the millions, Keep up the good work.

I think guys take this the wrong way from SF3. He was explaining to some, ie. grassfarmer, who would not believe the rainfall numbers.

If you are out of the zone, it is hard to understand the hurt. Just like I can not fathom 1988 or 2001 to 2003 being dry. It is foreign to me, because those were near perfect years here. Yes, he is well established, and has done well. But I truly think he is speaking for a lot in the area who are not well established, and have been struggling through, while most farming areas have had several awesome years.

Yes, he has made his point: But I think the original post he made was an article backing up his statements from before...
