Tom, did you work as hard as an ant to build up your farms wealth, or was it grandpa ant that did all the work for you? Perhaps you are the grasshopper but too delusional to know it.

How much weight have u lost in 49 days?

i was pointing out Toms bringing out the typical scapegoats to excuse the inept management skills of the governing party.

if you can not manage Alberta what can you manage ?

i wonder how he will link up (the less than ambitious and welfare types) as the cause of
      our transport mess.

i am sure he will find a way.
in spite of being hung out to dry by
by his own people on the rail road issue . he still believes the Conservative fairy tales like he posted.

you would make a great JW Tom with your
      unwavering blind devotion

Odd choice of an Aesop fable Tom uses considering Aesop also wrote a counter-fable in which the ant is not the hero but rather motivated by greed and appearances do not change character:
        ZEUS AND THE ANT

Long ago, the creature who is today an ant used to be a man who was always busy farming. Still, he was not satisfied with the results of his own labour, so he would steal from his neighbours' crops. Zeus became angry at his greedy behaviour and turned him into the animal that now has the name of 'ant.' Yet even though the man changed his shape, he did not change his habits, and even now he goes around the fields gathering the fruits of other people's labour, storing them up for himself.

A modern Aesop might have written about politicians, input suppliers or even seed growers given passage of UPOV as well as some farmers.

Tom , what bothers me in your quest for sainthood is .
          the railroads wronged the people,
i get that, and you try to right that wrong. good for you.

but it was not your job.
          your not superman
you can not fight the 100s of lawyers the rr. throw your way.
were you hoping for divine intervention?

it was clearly the govt.s job
          Harper Rait ,Ritz
and they clearly they did nothing.
and to this day have done nothing.

so when you walked to the middle of the tracks , with your sign saying this is not right/fair ..
          what did you expect ?
i would expect to by hit by a train,
          and you were.

with Harper Rait and Ritz riding along with CN/CP
, Harper opens the throttle , because your making them look bad. and runs you right over.

your still hurting and yet your on the campaign trail for Harper.

          what? the f

I am surprised that the meaning of this story is lost on you folks!

It is obvious to me... that during the good times many folks who produced nothing to build the wealth of Alberta... who took without giving back real value... are now saying

Though Jim Prentice now Premier of Alberta... who choose some 90 new taxes .... from the working people in Alberta... instead of completing the task as this new leader promised Alberta he would complete... told us to 'look in the mirror' for we are the ones who have betrayed our province and nation.

In the 139 year History of Our family here in Alberta; we have never given more... to so many folks... in Alberta, Canada, and around the world... than we gave in 2014.

We are rewarded for such charitable activity... by Premier Prentice and his grasshopper friends... by cutting the charitable benefits... significantly increasing the tax on these gifts to the the poor and our seniors.

I am on day 50 of my hunger strike. I have lost close to a pound a day... which I was well prepared to do... and am prepared to continue for some time to come.

I do get grumpy and annoyed at times... it does get hard as the loss in energy makes continuing this battle less than fun. So be it.

I have been called many names... since you folks here on Agriville have told me to do this in the first place... it is ironic the very same people are the meanest and least honest about what is happening.

My dear Lucy... agrees I have been true to what I have said I would do on this Hunger Strike. Eat no Meat. Eat no Potatoes. Eat a bowl of soup a day... which some days I skip... like yesterday. Drink fluids. Take a multivitamin most days.

My conscience is clear. We have not ever given more to so many in this Alberta than our family have given during this Hunger Strike... to see change come here.

Wildrose leader Brian Jean and my other many Candidate friends... know this to be; many Wildrose members... all know this is true.

Bless you all. I am expecting a miracle... some say Hell will freeze over first. Whatever will be... WILL BE!!!!

But the gates of hell will NOT prevail against our Alberta... and Canada... if we ALL work with diligence to make our most wonderful world a better place for our families and grandchildren!

Thanks for giving me the motivation to say this. Amounts given have been within the legal limits allowed.

            Cheers!
            God bless Alberta!
            God Bless Canada!!!
