    A little off topic, but it has been brought up here:
    The thing that irks me is the grossly exaggerated magnitude of the “problem” of CO2. We’re told that the atmosphere is being polluted with it, and we’re told that man has added around 70 parts per million to an atmosphere that started out at around 330 ppm before the industrial age.

    So, to try to demonstrate what this actually looks like, consider that the distance between your north south grid roads is 2 miles. If that whole 2 mile distance represented the entire atmosphere, all the CO2 would have been about 3.5 feet a couple of centuries ago (330 ppm). Man has added the equivalent of about <b>another 9 inches in 2 miles </b> worth of CO2. It amazes me that plants can extract and process such low concentrations into useful energy.

    No wonder the climate is failing to demonstrate the rising temperatures predicted by the catastrophic climate models. My prediction is that in less than 100 years Gore, Mann and their ilk will be known as perpetrators of one of the biggest frauds in history.
