In a class action a lawyer earns money only on the outcome and a percentage of it. So why are you flipping the bill. I think the lawyer ****ed you.

My legal Council IS paying the Bill. I have said this over and over!

And Over... and Over... CNCP don't care. There are no checks and balances on Writs. No overseers. Only law suits... which I do not want another one of.

      Thanks for your concern.
      Tom

Ya know, there are so many on here that are jumping all over the RR's, grain co's, Gov., oil co's and the list goes on, you demand justice, you demand they pay you back, most of you ignore the facts and prefer to go on a half-truth and a rumor, most have no relevant solution to improve things. And now you have a fellow farmer who has spent time and money to fight what i think is a valid cause ,on behalf of all farmers, and all you guys do is critisize belittle, rundown and generally sneer at. Why? Jealousy? You people hate the RR's etc. and someone fights against them, and you hate him too!! Really poor!

The problem as I see it in this country, is that anyone can sue anyone else unjusytly and frivolously and the judges don't have to rule to r elease they victim. This is criminal.IMHO

I agree Stonepicker. It boggles my mind when some on here cannot understand and appreciate what Tom was trying to accomplish. I know I do and I thank him for his efforts!

How how does resurrecting an old issue of hopper car maintenance that might(nearly) have a statute of limitations applied to it have any bearing on the current lack of adequate rail service.
I am no lawyer but who had the most to gain from this?
Were there other "provincial" plaintiffs? If there were, was there writs applied to their property?
Is the law firm who was representing the complaintants actually paying the legal fees themselves and writs applied to the complaintants property to secure collateral in lieu of default of payment?

Sometimes I ask myself, what were they thinking?

thanks for posting the documents. i was not able to locate them. and for some reason tom would not post it. it is somewhat apparent why. tom should of launched a class action towards the real culprits. as pointed out by toms ammended arguments the blame lies within gov. dept. responsible for overseeing payments and scrutinising duties warranting such payments to be legitiment.
