Ok, you lost the case, had to pay legal bill of defendant, you paid half. Yes the writ remains and should.

Why are you hunger striking then?

This seems like a really simple case. You played, now you gotta pay.

And if you didn't know CNCP wasn't going to absolutely kick your ass and hurt you as much as possible, well, next time you do now know.

      Tweety,

"And if you didn't know CNCP wasn't going to absolutely kick your ass and hurt you as much as possible, well, next time you do now know."

      Good point.
      CNCP Desired result.
No Justice in Alberta court system. Multinationals with billions... will kick us grain growers when we are down... so we shut up... even when they already are being paid... on an issue we all know was an unfair situation to begin with!

CNCP Walks away with the 'cake'... and ate it too... while saying the baker is a slandering vexatious person who should have been happy giving the cake away for nothing!

Sorry... not my personality to get run down by this CNCP freight train... without any response.
I hope this will be soon resolved... I sure am getting grumpy!!!

Tom, I don't know you but sympathize. I hope you will be very careful of this. I once went to court to protect myself over what I thought was a simple problem and shouldn't have needed a court room. There was no attempt from the other side to negotiate, which was all I wanted to accomplish. Got my ass kicked out the top of my head and cost me $200K. I truly believe my defender was paid off, and maybe others, could never be proven. Maybe you could try the Human rights commission, just throwing it out. Hopefully you get media attention, I believe that is your intent. Good luck, being right is no protection.

Do you not think if it was possible to go after CNCP prior Aug 1,2007, the Farmer Rail Car Coalition would have done so.

Before taking on CNCP in court did you talk to Sinclair Harrison at FRCC to see if they had consider it?
