We do as well on some fields. Use it in row as well as foliar in every app (herbicide, fungi).
On some fields we are applying extra dry P in the N row to prepare for soybeans next year.
We like it. Tissue tests show it doing its job. We went to it originally because our really cold springs were leaving poly phos unavailable as a starter.

Any side by side trials especially to yield. Have heard alpine dealers say since it's more expensive you need less because it's more available so really the same price. Garbage. Maybe at first for a week (maybe) but not over the season. Phos is something that's mostly in place already and the current year application is really for next year. Not saying alpine is bad but a lb of phos is a lb of phos. Saying you can put less on to get the same amount isn't right

Vvalk, less is less, no doubt. We use it (Alpine) as a starter. Poly phos in our high calcium soil gets tied up quickly. If the soil is cold (last few years) poly phos doesn't become available soon enough to provide any starter effect. Then, once available gets tied up quickly.
We don't have any yield results with vs without. But, our crops really pop compared to neighbours.
