    Day 62 J v CNCP Alberta Political musings... You might be a Lefty if;

    Grassy was scolding us... so;

    You might be a lefty:...if;

    1) if you blame the PC's... for electing (with walk up Lib/ND vote) the Redford talented Lefty leader...

    2) who did all the lefty things you asked her to do... PLUS padding her PC own nest (which actually ND's do best );

    3)Blame Redford who used the ND / Liberal vote to beat Wildrose in last election...Then GOT blamed for being too Progressive with her spending/friending;

    3) trick Alberta Progressives to elect an even more Progressive slick/lefty (Prentice)...who implements PCtax/spend budget with his Progressive friends, just after inhaling in, Wildrose Danielle and her floor crossers...

    4) then claim ND Notley...makes a much better lefty... than a slick high spending PC facsimile... which everyone can honestly see!

    5) Fool me once... shame on you;

    6) Fool me twice... shame on me!!!

    You might be a conservative if your loyalty, oversight, and principles are so lax that your party can be overtaken by the left.

    You might be a conservative if the people you choose to represent your conservative views jump ship to the left after being elected.

    You might be conservative if you choose a new leader who quit federal politics in the middle of his term - forcing an expensive byelection - in order to return to the private sector, then supports the leader of what Tom considers the left wing PC party, only to then run as leader of a right wing party a little more than a year after quitting.

    You might be a conservative if everything that goes wrong is the fault of the left.

    You might be conservative if you truly feel you should not be held accountable for your actions, but rather blame it on the actions of someone else

      You seemed to get fooled quite a lot Tom.
      So it was the NDP/Lib voters that elected the last PC majority here? yup, that makes sense.

      So if 567,000 people voted PC last time (virtually 44% of the voting public) and Liberal and NDP candidates in addition garnered close to 10% each of the votes cast that would mean over 63% of the voting public in AB are NDP/Lib. How can AB ever have anything but a left wing socialist government?

          Saw a picture of Prentice in the paper a couple of days ago and I immediately thought -"holy cow - he's the Grinch". Look closely - he is the Grinch! Crooked eye and all! I looked on several polling sights today and sadly my take away is PC's win 55 seats. NDP official opposition. Brian Jean has done an outstanding job in a very short time and under his personal circumstances. He needed more time. I'm pleased to report that in my riding Derek Fildebrandt will win for WR. Personally, I don't care who wins as long as it's not APC. Jean or Notley can offer anything they want, but their actions will be mitigated by what can and can't be accomplished due to circumstances beyond their control. But one thing is for certain. After 43 years of one party rule, the Leg needs an enema. We have a very entrenched and corrupt regime. With lots of money being transferred under the table to long time supporters, especially of the financial kind. Oh, woe is me!

            Not sure what I'm supposed to be asking a polster (which is a cushion plant by the way) - not even sure what you think I should be asking a pollster?
            Didn't seem to be anything in your ramblings that a pollster could confirm or deny.

            Equally not sure what you think I'm in denial about?

            It's time you ate Tom you aren't making any sense. By day 62 most of the Irish Republican prisoners had died of starvation on their hunger strike.

                Grassy,

                I voted for a great WR candidate whom I am quite sure will win our seat for the WR... Wes Taylor is an honest, hard working, kind considerate person... who will be a part of the solution towards a better Alberta for my grandchildren!

                Polls have said recently over 56 percent are in favour of ND governing Alberta... which we deserved.. after what Danielle/Prentice did. Will this stick... Tuesday will tell.

                  What do you hope to achieve at this point by hunger striking? Reversing a judges decision? Time to be realistic?

                    CNCP know they are being paid... They could release my farm tomorrow.

                      tom are you making the payments against the writ or is it just that they put the writ on your land and the payments are made by a number of people who were supporting the suit?

                            The second is Correct
                            I was simply the name on the class action providing only the name and valid historic reference for this class action to be filed in Alberta Court. How exactly the payment is made I am not privy to; as I am not responsible to make these payments. I am hopeful this will be resolved... But in the meantime the Writ remains.

                              So you're not responsible to pay it? Who is to pay legal fees?

                              You should not have your own land in your corporation. Let the amazing lack of responsibilities of corps protect you. Next time anyways.

                              Can you possibly use sentences that help us understand this? Once you say you do owe it and are paying it, then you say you shouldn't and won't, so confusing.
