    Tweety;

    I do not know how this could be made simpler;

    " I was simply the name on the class action providing only the name and valid historic reference for this class action to be filed in Alberta Court."

      He who files pays. Jackson vs CNCP. You pay.

      Simple is right.

        .....only tell them what you want them to hear and believe. There's a word for that....oh yea, propaganda.

        If all the facts can't be disclosed, FOR WHAT EVER REASON, maybe the topic is pointless.

        Cause and effect.
        Choices and consequences.

        This too shall pass...

          Farma,

          "This too shall pass"

          I do hope you are correct. I am patiently awaiting the removal of the Writ from our farm... I hope this will be sooner than later!

          "Good things come to those who wait... and it does help if we work while we wait!"
          Cheers!

              Tom4cwb

              On several occasions you stated you wrote the cheque to who ever, and other posters even commented that you would have done so. Why they said this I have no clue. You never corrected them to this regard.

              Now you say this

              "How exactly the payment is made I am not privy to; as I am not responsible to make these payments. I am hopeful this will be resolved"

              I also don't understand why you volunteered your name in the Class Action case. Tom were you trying to come across as some sort of folk hero? If your not responsible for the payment why the Writ?

              Tom the more you talk about this the fuzzer it gets.

                Exactly forage! Not a single bit of it makes any sense whatsoever including the hunger strike because the answers keep changing. Especially the simple ones.

                  Forage,

                  Truth is stranger than fiction.

                  I did not put the writ on my farm, CNCP DID.

                  I do not owe CNCP any money. I am told the majority of the court damages are now paid off... but I have NO written confirmation of this... Because I am not responsible to pay this bill.

                  Class Actions are complex and difficult to understand I can see as well.. which is why in the majority of Canadian Provinces court cost awards like CNCP sought and obtained... are not allowed... to prevent exactly this problem form occurring.

                  What more can I say? I am stuck in the middle of a mess. That at least must be clear to you.

                  Fairness nor logic are a part of this process. I warned; and the Madam Justice was warned... that this needed to be appealed. She refused the appeal... and Justice in my humble opinion was brought into disrepute. Life is not fair.

                  MultiBillion$$$ Bully CNCP... won. I hope it was worth it for them. Common Sense has NOTHING to do with this.

                  Cheers!

                    Of course you owe the money, you're named. No one cares who pays for it and until it is, writ remains.
