If there is a substantial rain around here, the drill will stay in the yard and the reseed canola will go into the ground with the old heavy harrows with valmaar, followed by harrow packers.

Tweety - locally here yes - air drills are rolling in area , moisture still ok. South west and north west of here - no, unless they caught a lucky heavier rain 2 days ago. The canola seeded earlier that stumbled through the first 5 frosts was getting hammered from striped flea Beatle then got a knock out this morning . All other canola seeded from about the 9 th till 5 days ago got wacked hard in various severities depending on location and crop residues . It's a shit show. Canola that looked ok at noon , by 5 pm is gone . Other canola that was froze stiff early this morning and kinda dark , looked ok after five - every fukin field is different .

I am sure that the market will still find a record crop come Monday due to overproduction in Mongolia or Niva Scotia with their canola crops as usual ...
