Clouds were seeded so it doesn't rain.

Since we're discussing reasons why its not raining, like conspiracy theories, witchcraft, and folklore, may as well throw in there you're not going to church or the wrong one!!! No other reasons what-so-ever. :-)

You guys seriously don't know this? The oil industry cloud seeds for dryness to remote oil areas. Because rain costs millions in delays.

And North Dakota has a perennial hail suppression program. Silver iodide generators and cloud seeding.

No further comments; but to continue, some "group" must think it worthwhile.

Heard they seeded clouds in Texas to get it to rain during the drought. Clouds would just pass over without raining. So they sent plumes up. Not sure how well it worked. The blocking pattern is sendin crazy rain into Texas and other states. Has to be dry then somewhere else. I guess it's western Canada
