Yes that was the last year it was dry....the last 10 years we have been extremely wet.

Hope its not a ten-year dry cycle now. This year, we had good reserve, but who knows about next year. The same pattern seems to set up on Environment Canada Satellite every day or two. Big system South of the border, doesn't swing our way. One of these times!
