      They are only buying marsh and water in this area..Paying the average price for the area..

        Is marsh and water worth 0??? Anyone buying land here pays 0 for water. Might find an investor to pay for water.

                      I am not a fan of Ducks Unlimited.
                      DU is not a fan of grain farmers and have been known to do projects that are not in the best interest of the neighbouring farmers.


                      Similar to others on Agriville I do support the Sask Wildlife Federation and believe it is a good local group.
