83% humidity here this morning, you mean to tell me the system is southern Alberta that crept into SW Sask couldn't continue to develop on that kind of humidity in the air and track SE of Regina, had it cooled down too much already? Our normal systems try to bring up the Idaho lows, then just as the approach the border a big swirling northern start swirling down as if to chase it away. Pattern won't let up.
