    AgriStability

    Riders,

I guess the Gov both Provincial and the Feds... are thinking grain growers are best served by the Crop Insurance program.

    They would be right.

Yes it is very difficult to qualify for Agristability... also what are the premiums?

We know what can fix this program as well... when the reck becomes more focused... it will be a simple fix to recalibrate AgriStability. Whom ever is the new gov in Ottawa this fall... they still must work through the needs of grain growers with Provincial Gov.

The Changes we have now were by agreement of two levels of Gov... which you conveniently neglect to ignore. Prov Govs are the bigger drivers in the changes to safety net programs Riders.

More importantly it's beneficial to push blame to anyone else so nothing gets done.

If I have an international buyer willing what do I tell him about support, the weather, grain logistics etc.?

Maybe it's better if you stay where you are because it will be your farm in canada vs the treasuries of other nations.

The Feds contribute 60 % so I expect they have the hammer. What's the difference, crop insurance or AgriStability? I can afford one or the other. I know they are calculated differently, but one comes off the other so, why duplicate?
