I can easily sleep till 8 or 9 if nothing pressing. Especially in the winter. Bed anywhere from 10 to midnight.

Caught a pretty bad sleeping disorder four to five hours and then awake in the middle of the night exhausted all day cant stay awake past sundown and it starts all over again.

Funny thing there use to be something called second sleep. Apparently before street lights people went to bed real early then woke up in the night spent a couple hours up playing hanky panky bathroom whatever and then went back to bed.

My day usually starts at 2:30 A.M., get up to take a piss, then try and grab a few more winks, then piss again at 5:A.M. then try and decide if to get rolling, or try and grab a few more winks, then get up at 6:30 and put on a pot of Tim's . If still feel a bit sleepy, I just use a loaded diaper ( full filter of coffee) to get the gears rolling.

So many up early, lacking sleep, trying to stay awake makes coffee shares a sure investment

With a mess of kids there is no such thing as schedule really. So rise time is seasonally dependent. Busy times up at 4. Other times never ever up after 7. Bed at midnight to 1.

I am more effective at night than early morning usually.

              But it varies.
