Waiting may not work, sometimes these things only come around once in a career.

Prices went up here with a great crop! Rent will up due to sure crop area. 1/4 share will gross a $80-$100.

History shows if land payments are less than 2 times rent would be .Buy it.If over 3 times do not.Between 2 and 3 times is a personal reasons to buy or not.Even if you are using your own cash this is a very good long term way to know how much to pay.

Seen a guy from Alberta explaining this. Not sure how many years. That does make a difference. Try to go with 30.Thought he made way more sense than anyone else trying to explain how much is land worth?

No drop in price anywhere around here. Higher than ever.
                    East central Sask.
$400-$500 an acre 10 years ago is now $2,000 to $2,500 an acre.

I think Merle goode worked out those studies. Nice historical yardstick.
Course, Merle never fed his family farming.
Aint going down here yet, too much money in country. Oilman just payed 4k/ac for crap.

Again location, Vancouver 1-20 Mil, Rose Valley 50-150 G's. What is a good farm yard worth/ Again if close neighbor's child needs a yard, you can CASH in.
