    Like flowers in a vase.

Canola entering 5th week of blooming. Soil is saturated, with more rain to come. Starting to get very concerned and frustrated. Highs of 18 to 20 are not shutting down these crops.

It looks great, but running short on time... How ironic in a land of drought.

Bring on the heat and bring it on hard. We need to shut down the flowering get to filling and get this one off. Rain over night not helping and todays forecast and tomorrows not great. Next week looks like close to 30s so bring it on.

Here canola done flowering just filling pods and filling them very well. Same with wheat oats barley.

Peas keep flowering and growing probably shouldn't have done that second fungicide pass.

In the real light soil spots, peas started to green up on the top again and canola started to flower again, it was basically shut down from drought and restarted from the rains we had.

Regrowth in flax as well, but not the crop, the weeds.

Yup, nothing worst than plants restarting in July-Aug. Have combined canola, blooming between swaths. And the WEEDS in low competition heaven!

Sprayed peas on Friday but I was out with the hail adjuster yesterday. Any plants resembling green are trying to shoot tillers and flowers. Barley ready to swath but is too short fired out some new tillers. Wheat that was in dry dirt til the middle of July is now just in anthesis. I think the canola is still pooched. It's going to be a mess.
