    really tom!!!! excellent point the government is resposible to obtain the best price for goods from our resourses. great. so answer why rits did nothing when china reniged on six boat loads of contracted canola causing the thirty dollar a tonne drop and then recontracting for the same canola. or is that wrong.

      Many of us know that some in China are good partners to buy our grain when prices rise... and some... look out when they are dropping. The nature of the grain business in the rest of the world.. Does not change the fact that the Federal Gov is responsible for interprovincial pipe lines.
