    SDG,

    Interesting reading!

Washington may be who you mean?

"In his will, Franklin bequeathed Washington his walking stick which was adorned with a "cap of liberty." Washington's last letter to Franklin, dated September 23, 1789, summed up their long friendship and service to the American cause: "If to be venerated for benevolence, if to be admired for talents, if to be esteemed for patriotism…can gratify the human mind, you must have the pleasing consolation to know that you did not live in vain…so long as I retain my memory, you will be recollected with respect, veneration, and affection, by your sincere friend, George Washington."4"

"Born January 17, 1706 in Boston, Franklin was truly a self-made man. He was a printer, a writer, an inventor, a land speculator, one of the world's most famous scientists—most notably for discovering electricity—a diplomat, founder of the postal service, wrote the Pennsylvania Constitution, and served in the Continental Congresses. In addition, Franklin played a role in the Constitutional Convention and was one of America's highest ranking Freemasons."

So who paid the 400,000? Specifically because I must have Misread earlier I thought you implied there was a writ against your farm only.

And so you had nothing to do with taking the charges against the railways?

It's a typical smokescreen. Tom wanted to be involved but not the expense.

        Hey that's like Duffy. Lol.

Maybe tom and Mike are buddies. Figures allude they may belong to the same secret club. Lol.

              Tom

Good policy is if you are asked a question just answer it every time.

Don't deflect by saying you have answered it. That implies you can't keep your facts straight. So you either dont know or you are not being forthcoming.

Harper has fell into the same trap.

Just answer the question with the same reply.

It's simpler and people hate having to look back thru things to find it.

              Harper on ...Tom. lol.

I have asked Tom on several occasions WHO paid the mysterious $423,000.00 cheque to the CP/CN. Never get an answer, and like Harper it's a recycle statement over and over again.
So if Tom never wrote the cheque himself this is exactly the same thing Wright did for Duffy, someone else cleaned up the mess.

So Tom once again did you write the cheque?

Benjamin Franklin was one of the Founding Fathers of the United States. A renowned polymath, Franklin was a leading author, printer, political theorist, politician, freemason, postmaster, scientist, inventor, civic activist, statesman, and diplomat. Wikipedia

Just for you Tom, cause I know you are interested in a lot of stuff. If you go to Philly, There is an invention museum that is so worth your time and Benny Boy and Thomas Edison are glorified. Really, we owe a lot to these dreamers. Oh, oh hear comes Tom's you Tube. I have to post his friends on next post. Have a great day, no frost!

Friends: Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, Thomas Paine, Joseph Priestley. Think we are mirror image of our friends? I tell my granddaughter to pick her friends carefully because of this reason.

The legal council responsible for this Court Action is a matter of record.

"My name was used. I was not responsible for the legal proceedings... nor any liabilities if the CNCP rail folks got nasty."

Clearly, the legal council that did the submissions.. and filed the Class Action Application... was responsible. This is simple. why do you keep asking... other than to waste my time?

                      Over and Out.

                        Tom

Sure would have been nice if these details were revealed from the beginning. But you were more than willing to lead posters here on Agriville to believe that you were responsible for all of the $423,000.00 CP/CN legal bills. In fact one poster stated that you probably had already written the cheque to pay CP/CN for their legal costs. At that point Tom, you did NOT explain that in fact you yourself were not responsible to make the payment.

The other question is why the so called Hunger Strike, if someone else was writing the $423,000.00 cheque to CP/CN, then why the 50 days on the hunger strike? Tom you obviously prevent them from writing the cheque immediately so the WRIT against your farm could be removed right away. Did you want the same limelight as Chief Spence received?

Tom nothing adds up. As for anybody wasting your time regarding the WRIT and Hunger Strike, did you ever count how many posts you made on Agriville concerning this whole farce?

The writ was weird and suspect from the beginning. Why was Tom only whining here? Why wasn't it real news? And why does he dance around answers? If you're asked a question about a topic you instigated and beat to death you should at least post a link instead of making us google it.

He should be a politician he bends with the wind. How about it Tom, why didn't you throw your hat in the ring for provincial PC last time? I seem to remember you talking them up a couple years ago?

                          God Bless

                            Forage,

The point was... the Writ WAS put on our farm land and tied it up in a legal mess. IF a big multinational Corp put a $400K Writ on your land... when you did not ever dream it would or could happen... would you not react?

I am NOT a lawyer. I am just very happy that the CNCP Writ WAS removed the end of June... releasing our farm land. I DID say when the instalment cheque was written... and it was. I did say FROM the beginning that CNCP put the writ on our farm land... to make my and my families life difficult... which occurred. Go back and check the posts.

                              You like to post videos.

Maybe you could just post a photo of the copy of the writ and the cheque written on your behalf.

                              Sure would clear things up.

Good suggestion Bucket, but I believe we have a better chance about hearing the truth in the Duffy case, than finding out about truth in the so called WRIT.
