Caseih, I understand the advantage, but when the lackeys are out in the "middle of nowhere" dead of winter hauling grain from bags, they just want to get home and complain about their camper payments and the boss is out of country for 10 weeks.
Nobody, and I mean nobody is thinking about that 30 foot piece of plastic grain bag that's bareley frozen to the ground

Recycling programs for grain bags are in their infancy but there are some here and there now. Ask your RM office.
As far as grain bag brand , i like the heavier ones like the Argentine brand Ipeza. Some bags on the market are awful light but do work.
we as the users of grain bags must take a role in keeping them out of ditches and fence lines as others mentioned . For our rented land grain bags work great when I cant justify spending money on bins for land that i may not be farming in the future. I agree hoppers are best for our own land.

Grain bags should have a deposit on them..then they will get recycled..

              Jeez, ask a simple question.
Havent had a quality problem yet but i always treat them like henskin.
Counties have spun off waste management into seperate entities. Only main sites take them. Mine wants $300/t for dumping
One to west free yet this year. Weigh in and raise the box.
I agree if we could pay more at purchase to facilitate or encourage collection.
Guys away from road are digging burn pits again.
