I think harper thought if he went into the middle east the Saudis would smarten up and put the price of oil back up.

Now all he's got is more expense to the deficit fighting a war that has no winners and a refugee crisis he has to take some responsibility for.

One thing I don't understand about NDP policy is they are going to increase taxes on corporations as well as increase their energy costs with carbon taxes. Then they tell us that there will be more jobs. I am not sure who is dumber the NDP or Canadians for believing them. Government cannot create jobs only job friendly policies of which the NDP have none!

People want change. I am not sure if the rest is relevant yet.

Will be when they find out others policies won't work either.

History shows in Canada or the USA a political correction happens every 8 years or so.A very important thing to keep political parties from being too corrupt and powerful.

            From his interview with Mansbridge.

            PM: SMALL BUSINESS TAX RATES?

JT: I think small businesses should be paying less taxes, we just have to make sure that it's done the right way. Um...

PM: SO THERE COULD BE A CUT FOR SMALL BUSINESS?

JT: We have, we'll probably have things to say about it, but we have to know that a large percentage of small businesses are actually just ways for wealthier Canadians to save on their taxes, and we want to reward the people who are actually creating jobs, and contributing in concrete ways. So there's a little tweaking to do around that.

Read this interview. Hes just not ready. Ever!

Yeah I heard that too. Little concerning on the farm side.

They never give a clear cut example. Very vague and concerning.

                No ag issues yet.

Considering the support the conservatives get from farmers, one would think they would use that to turn the page a bit.

And Mulcair with his 3% raise to corporate taxes, carbon cap and trade and no more pipelines is? Let's put what oil there is on trains and leave the rest in the ground. Then we will put all our kids in daycare and both parents will work, but where will they work?

13% small business tax rate will be gone in first budget under lib or ndp government. not to mention mandatory enrollement into schemes like workers compensation, environmental plans. I hope you like gov workers scurrying around your farms with their little clip boards telling you what laws and regulations you are breaking.

Justin: said as per what Blackpowder pasted

"and we want to reward the people who are actually creating jobs, and contributing in concrete ways. So there's a little tweaking to do around that. "

Not scared about this statement at all. My farm as well as many here on Agriville do this already. Put the boogieman back in the closet.

Woops!!!! I'd better be careful about mentioning the closet, it tends to ruffle feathers a lot on here

Then I going to get a clip board JOB, guaranteed pay, benefits and pension. Safe and secure, safety meetings for hours a day, repeat them to dumb farmers everyday.

Me too. We can regulate this industry to death or at least make it as dysfunctional as the railways.

Well forage, first it would be useful to know what % of "small" businesses are just a shelter for the "rich".
I'm at the mercy every day of a govt definition defining income as it relates to family law. I've been told to sell out and go pump gas.
I doubt u will be so smug when u are on the receiving end of their definitions.
