The CWB SCAM... THE TAX 14(b) is the "Single Desk"

    WinWIN,

CWB Act is nothing more than a Tax on “Designated Area” Grain Growers.

To "create/maintain" the CWB "single desk"... "Designated Area" wheat and barley prices must be BELOW that of the international market place.

If our prices were higher than the International Market... we all would be cheering the CWB and thanking them for the big final payment cheques... Burbert and Benny!

Are we all Dense or WHAT?

How do a few "Single Minded" drones baffle us... and trick so many... and convince us that we have a monopoly?

Even Flaman was convinced the "Single Desk" was a Fraud/Hoax... before his CWB cheques started rolling in!

We have a monopoly... over only ourselves. "Designated Area" grain growers. The CWB has no monopoly power at all… except if it PRICE DISCOUNTS.

Chairman Ritters’ CWB Line that we are stupid to want to end a monopoly that others would kill to have; is flawed and deceit at the highest leve!.

Here is what the CWB Regulations that control us say:

    "LICENCES
    14. The Corporation may grant a licence for the export, or for the sale or purchase for delivery outside Canada, of wheat, wheat products, barley or barley products if
    (a) the export, sale or purchase of the grain or products for which the licence is sought does not adversely affect the marketing by the Corporation, in interprovincial or export trade, of grain grown in Canada; and
    (b) the applicant pays to the Corporation a sum of money that, in the opinion of the Corporation, represents the pecuniary benefit enuring to the applicant pursuant to the granting of the licence, arising solely by reason of the prohibition of the export of that grain or those products without a licence, and the then existing differences between the prices of that grain or those products inside and outside Canada."

On CWB Act Regulation 14(a) the CWB has admitted that volume exported from Canada does not affect the ability it has to market our Board grain... as it allows all other wheat and barley produced outside the "designated area" a free export licence. Seed and processed Feed from inside the "Designated Area" are also granted free export licenses... more proof that volume is not a consideration in granting licenses.

Clearly the CWB Act is nothing more than a Tax on “Designated Area” Grain Growers... and revenues are supposed to go to the Reciever General of Canada... not the CWB Pool accounts.

WHEN WILL THIS CWB SCAM be EXPOSED?
