On my doorstep is some ACS land, that I have had my eyes on for several years. I have contacted the ACS office to tip them I have interest in buying ths land, and they said they would put me on file. They can't tell me when it may sell, but apparently it will come up for tender at some point. Does anyone have any experience purchasing ACS land? Does the tenant/previous owner have rght of first refusal? Should I talk to them? I just don't want to miss an opportunity of a lifetime. Any information would be appreciated greatly...
