Saskfarmer3, you may want to consider the effects of all that saturated fat from the cheese clogging your arteries. A good balanced meal of fresh fruits and vegetables, perhaps skim milk, low fat yogurt etc for the dairy and a good balance of low saturated fats like canola, flax, soy and yes even nuts like peanut butter, will go a long way to keeping you and your family healthy.
