But surely all those stupid US guys sold way too early and none of them are going to get those prices with their bins now empty. Americans all deliver right off the combine and drive the price down, I think. They are just posting them to piss us off - right?

In the end we will obviously net much more than $9.00/bu from the marketing gurus in WPG. I can't wait for those interim and final payments - someday!

Caseman,

Every day "designated area" Board grain leaves CWB control without paying the "pecuniary benefit" enuring the (exporting)applicant.

The CWB has a list a mile long now of those who are considered "special" and do not need to pay the extortion fee. Free export licenses are issued... they take home the higher returns.

Then when they return to Canada with our Canadian Fertiliser that costs 10-20% less than we can buy it for here at home... they benefit twice!
